It is insane, how you never heard of customer service?! On top of that, the store is always a mess. These picture are from DIFFERENT times I was in there. Who puts clothes racks in the handicap dressing room?! That is a lawsuit waiting to happen. On top of this, there is always clothes on the floor in the back! Insane. Rethink going here. The Lansing ladies are much better and keep their store much nicer. Is worth the trip! Trust me!
